Architectural products company Arktura, a true innovator of form and function, is known for combining mathematics and art to create stunning furniture and architectural systems. With their focus on developing future products and growing current offerings, marketing had taken a back seat. With us, they found a partner that could not only define their digital presence but also turn their website into a sales tool that would ultimately transform the way they do business.

Boosting recognition worldwide
In collaboration with key stakeholders at Arktura and the design team at Six, we defined the aesthetic for Arktura’s website and email communications. From UX explorations, to high fidelity page templates, to final coded pages, we implemented a user-focused and responsive design methodology. Our oversight of both the design and development processes allowed a consistency and quality that matched Arktura’s own exacting standards.
Engineering the search experience
Building the product catalog was a complex but important task, due to the vast variety of product offerings and attributes. A user might want to filter by category and feature for architectural systems and by color and material for furniture. Filtering needed to be dynamic and fast — an exciting challenge for us and one that required significant testing and code optimization. The result — a beautiful online space where users can browse Arktura’s complete collection, or find exactly what they need in seconds.
Building a product sharing platform
A large volume of Arktura’s customers needed a way to easily share their products with prospective clients. Through interviews and testing sessions with key team members, we developed a fully-realized product sharing application integrated into the website. Users are able to save collections of Arktura products and share them as digital slideshows, or download full quality images and cut sheets. This tool ultimately provided faster conversions and new opportunities for revenue.
Taking analytics to the next level
Collecting data on how users are interacting with the site was a given, but we took analytics further with Salesforce Pardot integration. Not only can Arktura track which pages are being viewed most frequently, but also which products are being shared and downloaded. This allows Arktura’s team to tune their marketing efforts with greater accuracy and gives the sales team hot leads to follow up with daily.
